Dari ribuan alasan itu...salah satunya adalah Il Tempo del Gelato. Lebay gak sih? Whatev, bilang aja gue lebay selebay mungkin but i still love this gelato shop to the max. Gue pernah membahas perihal Il Tempo del Gelato di post-an gue setahun yang lalu, tapiii kali ini gue akan bahas about their newest branch at Kaliurang KM 5.2!!
Jogja's weather was so hot that day! Me, and my sister-in-law were about to visit Jogja National Museum for ArtJog 2017, but the weather was too damn hot so we need to stop somewhere to cooled down our soul. She brought me to Il Tempo del Gelato Kaliurang (obviously my sister-in-law is the best, she can read my mind!!!). Do you know how happy i was to be at my favorite gelato shop in the middle of that freaking HOT DAY???
Waktu itu tokonya nggak terlalu ramai, probably because it was friday, jadi bisa leluasa pilih tempat duduk. Yaaah tapi se-enggak ramainya Il Tempo del Gelato sih, tetep aja ngantri bruh~ Alhamdulillah harga gelato di Il Tempo del Gelato masih 25 ribu per dua scoop. Tbh, gue sempat deg-degan karena dari tahun lalu kedai ini udah populer bangeeet....kalau harganya naik.....akan sama dengan kedai-kedai gelato di Jakarta nantinya :'(
Ohya, dari segi eksterior maupun interior, Il Tempo del Gelato Kaliurang itu sama banget sama Il Tempo di Prawirotaman. Bedanya cuma lebih luas dan ada lantai duanya di sini. Nggak perlu khawatir musti makan gelato sambil pegel-pegel berdiri nih cuys~
Kali ini gue nyobain rasa Mix Berries Sorbet sama Tiramisu. I'm sorry for another weird gelato combination dude, but i can't eat too much gelato...so to summed up this situation, i have to combined all the flavour as weird as possible.
It WAS weird tho...don't get me wrong, those flavours were all delicious and unique in their own way, but to combined them is actually a bad idea. The Tiramisu was so coffee-taste kinda like (obviously!). It's super sweet so beware of your sensitive tooth, and in my opinion kayak ada rasa burnt caramelnya probably because of the coffee flavour. Kan kalau minum kopi asli gitu suka ngerasain kayak ada rasa karamel nyaris gosong gitu,kan? Or is it just me?
Sayaangnyaa memang yang tiramisu kalau untuk selera gue ya terlalu manis. When i think about tiramisu, gue lebih keingetan sama the tanginess of the Mascarpone. Kayak cheesecake tapi lebih creamy dan "ngeju" lah. But this tiramisu gelato has no 'mascarpone' taste or even smell. That's why it didn't goes well with the second flavour, Mix Berries Sobet. Mungkin kalau kalian mau coba rasa tiramisu, try it with an un-sour flavour yah. I bet it's so good with Chocolate Spice!
Aaaand for the mix berries sorbet......rasa asamnya benar-benar nyegerin! Menurut gue bahkan lebih segar dari yang rasa passion fruit. You don't say sih, karena kan namanya juga mix berries, semua buah beri yang sweet-sour itu dicampur dan menciptakan cita rasa bombastis di lidah. Pas banget buat camilan di hari yang puanaaaasss.
Btw gue norak banget, baru tahu kalau di Il Tempo del Gelato tuh ada free water untuk minum gitu. Kaget pas si adik dateng bawain dua gelas kecil air segar nan dingin. Huhuhu keren amaaatsssss~
Kalau ke Jogja, jangan lupa mampir ke sini yah mantemans dan tunggu post-an gue selanjutnya...maaf ini memang jadwal menjadi Istri Rumah Tangga sungguhlah padat, jarang menulis.
