2014 will END !!

It's the last day of 2014 people!!! How's your 2014 so far? Mine was annoying hehehe...2014 is not my year...it sucks as hell, but never mind... I thank God that i still alive. But somehow i believe that 2015 will be better...it'll be my year and i can not wait to live it. I've made my resolution for 2015, actually so many but my biggest plan are only 7 :D have you guys prepared your resolution?Or you just let it flow and live it the way you want? 


Oh for New Year's eve today i'll make Chocolate Cinnamon Pie and Cinnamon Crumble Ice Cream for the Dessert!
My mom will cook bake flatfish, Javanesse Steak, and Pastel.

BERRIES

Who doesn't love Berries?Oh maybe some people doesn't but not me of course.

I really love berries since i was a little annoying girl. My first love was Strawberry, i saw it on my picture book for child. The strawberries were on the top of a birthday cake...Loved it...felt so hungry all of sudden.
Then i gained my knowledges on berries, started to know more about blueberry, raspberry, mulberry...

My mom's also in love with berries, she plants strawberries and actually have a lot of em. She began planting blueberry a few weeks ago. She bought the tree and take care of it like it's her little baby.
This morning my mom's picked her precious berries from her little hydrophonic garden...so since i looooooooove berries and i'm starting to eat healthy (to make my abs flat, seriously my abs is not tempting) mom let me ate those berries and she even let me picked mint leaves from her garden too!!!





Freakishly tempting right????So delicious and healthy...latter i made a juice of it...simply just mix all of the berries with the mint leaves and add 2 cubes of ice, 2 tbs of sugar and you can add plain yogurt to it...IT'S SO DELICIOUS :9

Fluffy Japanese Pancake with Banana Caramel Sauce and Berries

YEAAAAY ANOTHER RECIPE!!!

So two days ago i was fasting...not just a usual fasting...it's gadget fasting. I'm not done it on purpose..i just felt like i need sometime alone and i'm so tired with gadget.

It's a 12 hours fasting and i felt fantastic...i'm planning to do it again soon :D
you guys should try it too...it's awesome.

So to celebrated my succeed, i made a very delicious pancake. It's Fluffy Japanese Pancake from Cooking With Dog Show and it was delicious... >.<

Ingridients :

100g Cake Flour (3.5 oz) (i use all purpose flour, tasted good also)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
3 tbsp Sugar
70ml Milk (2.4 fl oz)
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
½ tsp Vanilla Extract (i can't use extract, so i use vanilla essence instead)
 i add a pinch of salt too :D

Directions :
Combine the flour, the baking powder and the salt, and shift it into a bowl and mix it with balloon whisk!
Then you mix the egg and the sugar till it disolve together. After that, add the milk, the vegetable oil and the vanilla essence/extract. You mix it until it's combine and then make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and gradually add the egg mixture and mix it well until it becomes a smooth batter without any lumps!

Now prepare the pan! Coat the pan with vegetable oil using paper towel (or you can also use unsalted butter, whatever you prefer) then heat the pan in a medium heat.
Once it's heat already, add the batter into the pan...i like it big so i add like 1 full of vegetable spoon. After that, cover the pan and wait until it's bubbling, then flip it, and cover the pan again for like 1 minute and then repeat the cook proccess until you get like 2-3 fluffy pancakes.




For the Banana Caramel Sauce


Ingridients :
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup of water
2 tbs of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of whipped cream.
1 banana already chopped
a pinch of cream of tar tar

Directions :
Place the sugar and the water in a medium saucepan with a medium heat.
you wait until the sugar disolve and the colour change into amber (it's like golden colour) and add the cream of tar tar (i use cream of tar tar instead of corn syrup, again it's because we rarely see corn syrup in Indonesia and i read once that cream of tar tar can replace the function of corn syrup to stop the crystalized of the sugar so win win solution it's great and didn't change the taste of the caramel either)

Don't forget to brush the edge of your saucepan to avoid burned sugar!!!

After that add the unsalted butter and whisk it with balloon whisk. Turn the heat off and slowly add the whipped cream!!Be carefull not to burn your hand, it's so hot i tell you....so hot....SO HOOOOOOOOT!!!
Add the chopped banana and stir it.

And the sauce is ready, you can top it while it's still warm on your pancake and cut some berries and more fresh banana and sprinkle it on the top of your pancake!!

Diary of Mind ; 1

So, now i'm not into writing about food. Well yeah that's impossible but i'm serious,  i want to talk about my life quite a while. That's why i named the tittle "Diary of Mind;1" it'll go on and on and on :D

I'm a very expressive person on the Social Media and that's why my twitter has 70.000 more tweets in the past 4 years and i have blogs, a facebook, i even have google account, and another social media account that has been forgotten. But in real life, i'm so...hmmm what's the propper word to say about it....like...hmmm... i'm not shy but i don't like to express my feelings towards people.

Sometimes i thought Human irritates me like VERY MUCH. I don't like going outside, i don't like crowded place, i'm so nervous to talk with people (even i know em), i get anxiety and panic when i'm in a place that i don't know (even if i go with someone i know). Oh and the funny part is that i don't like talking through phone. I HATE IT....i don't like it because that's the time when people realized that i have annoying voice >.<

I know it sounds riddiculous...Even my crush didn't buy it. Most of the people who knows me, they see me as a very fun girl, a charming (yes i'm not lying) one and so cheerfull like they see me smiling everyday. So when i acted like i'm the most saddest person in the world...they just like 'naah...you are overreacted'

But maybe that's the point of my life...I'm a happy person but loner at the same time. It feels like living in heaven but still can feel the air of hell under it. Deep down i want people to understand this kind of feeling, but maybe they have their own problems so this isn't a thing to be worried about.
 I get it...it's okay...i'll find a way to fix my personality and will get better and better in the future.

So that's just it...the only thought that crossed my mind and i feels like i need to share it on blog.

I'll post more about food and recipes soon >.<
*now i kinda in the middle of exams and last assignments, so it's so stressfull and please pray for me!

Pappardelle With Fresh Tomato Sauce

So, i made this recipe a few weeks ago and it's fantastic.
I really really love pasta and i always curious about 'How to make the perfect pasta' or 'What kind of pasta should i make today?'
I'm not making Pasta everyday but my love for pasta is beyond compare.



I checked a lot of recipes about how to make pasta from scratch and most of them using Semolina flour and unlucky for me we rarely have that kind of flour here in Indonesia. Idk, it's so hard to find anything here in this tropical country, someone should start selling things like this instead of corrupting our money!!! (Yeah i'm talking to you government!)

Then one day i found a perfect simple and easy basic pasta recipe from The Chiappa Sister on Youtube. It was amazing let me tell you, so easy, so simple and i can make it everyday without doubting it. Of course someday when i be able to buy semolina flour, i'll try to make another basic pasta recipe but this one...ooohhh this one is awesome!

Basic Fresh Pasta by The Chiappas :

Ingredients : 
100 gr of Flour
1 Egg
a pinch of Salt

Simple eh?This could make one portion of pasta, enough to fill your empty stomach with delicious Pasta!!

Directions :
Pour the flour and the salt in a clean table (or if you want to do it in a bowl, that's okay) and make a hole in the middle, like a volcano mountain! Then pour the egg, mix the egg with fork untill it's sort of combine a lil bit. Then you start to mix everything's up with your bare hand (It's a mess but who cares, it's fun!!) and knead it until well combine. Don't add any more flour because it'll make the pasta hard and not a good thing to eat hard pasta.

Just so you know, you must wrap the dough with a plastic wrap if you not using it yet, because it'll make the pasta dough like sort of dense and the color will change. So wrap it and put it in your refrigerator!

So i made Pappardelle from the dough, the easiest way because my pasta machine's broken so i need to rolled it with a rolling pin and getting tired but made my muscle stronger ;p (Seriously, cooking is actually an exercise)

So after you roll your pasta dough (a very thin layer, like the size of paper) you need to like fold and roll it like when you roll a cinnamon buns and then slice it for like 3 cm per slice, and finally you open the rolled dough and voila, you've already make beautiful Pappardelle.

So i cooked my pasta in a big pan filled with boiling water and salt and a lil bit of vegetable oil for 8-10 minutes.

Fresh Tomato Sauce : This Tomato Sauce is my original recipe, because i loooove making tomato sauce and i tried many times to get the exact flavor as i always wanted.



Ingredients :

2 Fresh Tomato
2 Tbs of Olive Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Garlic, Chopped
2 Tbs of Pasta Water
Salt
Papper
1/2 Tbs of Sugar
Oregano
Fresh Basil, Chopped
1/3 Cup of Tomato Sauce
3 Tbs of Chilli Sauce (if you like it spicier, you can add more chili sauce and add chilli papper)
Grated Cheddar / Parmesan Cheese

Directions :
First you need to bring the Tomatoes to a boil, and peel the skin off, then mashed the tomato and don't forget to leave the chunk, it'll bring the flavor.

Heat the pan in a medium heat and add Olive Oil.
Add the Onion and stir untill brown, then add the garlic (you add the garlic after the onion because garlic burn so quick), then add the Tomato Chunks and add salt and papper. Add the water and wait untill the mixture come out bubbling.

After you see the bubbles, add the tomato sauce + chilli sauce, stir it. Then you add the sugar and the oregano and stir it again (It's all about stiring, another exercise!!!).

Turn off the heat and add some Chopped Fresh Basil, stir a lil bit and VOILA...it's done.

Now add the Pasta to the pan with the sauce, stir it with Food Tongs and add grated cheese.

So easy, So delicious...i'm dying...and now hungry.

Hello Again World!

Ooooh, it's so nice to be able to write another post on blog. Since i dumped my two blogs before. Oke first i need to confirm to all the people in the world that i'm Allysa the girl who used to write a blog on allysachais.blogspot.com and theartsofmyhungriness.tumblr.com !!

I've got a problem with my account on my first blog (the 5 years old blog :'( ) and unfortunately i can't get my account, idk was someone hack it or not or it's just my mistake that i didn't realize. For the second blog i use tumblr, but since i actually have my personal tumblr account, i kinda does not really comfortable write things like a BLOG thing on tumblr...tumblr is just for fun for me...so i decided to make another blog with blogger.com and here i am with my new tittle, new perspectief, new life, and the same passion with cooking.


I have a plan to mix this blog as my diary because i realized that i love sharing thoughts with people on social media and i think people on my twitter and facebook are basically tired with me updating my status, arguing about things, sharing caused, etc. I'm also gonna write more recipes or just sharing my food pictures to make you all go crazy and hungry.


I'M A LAZY BLOGGER, well most people know that. But i'll try my best because well you know i actually love writing but everytime i open my laptop, internet calling me to rub him in the chest and read his eyes (okay thats pretty disgusting)...oh By the Internet i mean 9GAG hahahahaha.
So...Wish me luck to once again become a blogger. I miss blog so much...i miss my reader so much...i miss those people who i followed years ago (they become pretty famous now)...i miss my life here.
